§ 20 Returns
Our prior written consent must be obtained for any return of goods. Returns are only permitted within 60 days of the invoice date. A credit note will be issued for the
calculated equivalent value, subject to a 20% deduction, plus any revision costs that may apply. Custom-made items, sterile containers, narrow-bore instruments that have been in use (such as suction tubes, cannulas, etc.), sterile products and instruments marked with an RFID tag cannot, as a rule, be accepted for return.
